Basic rental terms

1. Rental of the house includes linen and towels, electricity, gas and water.

2. No pets are allowed unless by arrangement. No smoking in the house.

3. A £400 booking deposit is required and we ask for the balance to be settled 6 weeks before the start of the rental. We can arrange for credit card payment via paypal if this is more convienient for you.

4. A refundable security deposit is required of £400 against damage, breakages, missing items or any other costs incurred (payable in advance).

5. There is an additonal non-optional £50 final cleaning charge.
